Details: October 4th-6th. Arrive in DEN around 11am on Monday. We will pick people up at a certain door and there will probably be a few pickup times. We’re getting started back at Group around 12:30p-ish.
We’ll cover your hotel by putting you up in the LaQuinta across from Group for the nights of 10/4 and 10/5; you will have a roomie or two. All meals will be provided during the Summit. Make your flight home sometime after 3:30-4pm on that Wednesday. We’ll provide rides back to the airport. If you want to go up to Estes that Wednesdayafternoon, we’ll make the ride up happen but the extra expenses are on you.
Our schedule is beginning to shape up. Monday features time with Thom and Joani, special guests, celebratiang who we are at the conference, “genius groups” (your ownership planning creativity and work into the conference cuz you’re smarter than us!), free stuff, dinner at the Gilmour’s, worship, Group tours, etc. Tuesday is devo time, more genius group (cuz your that smart), lunch in the canyon and surprises, LOTS of freebies, dinner with Group Workcamps, LifeTree Cafe, dessert at Thom and Joani’s and a bunch of stuff I’m forgetting. Wednesday features reports from the genius groups, more free stuff, devo’s/worship, warehouse shopping, lunch on the go and rides to the airport leaving at 12:30p and everything else I forgot.
IMPORTANT: Here’s the names I have for people who RSVP’d for our October I.T. Team Summit.
PLEASE – if you’re on the list and shouldn’t be, let me know so we can free up the space. We don’t want to get stuck with extra hotel rooms and waste conference moolah! If you thought you were on the list but aren’t, let me know. If you never RSVP’d but want to now, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
